Documenting the Self: Innovation in Knowledge and Interpretative Models of Written Self-Narratives (eWING)
The eWING project focuses on self-narrative research through an exploration of autobiographical writings by combining qualitative research paradigm with computational methods developed within Digital Humanities research in the last decades. The study is based on the digital corpus of written self-narratives consisting of diaries, memoirs and autobiographies written in Latvian by people of different social, cultural and educational background and covering self-referential events through the long 20th century.
